• Two years of post-operative support from our multidisciplinary team, including:

  • Bariatric Dietitian

  • Bariatric Surgeon or Bariatric Physician

  • Clinical Nurse Specialist

  • Monthly Support Groups

With these packages, you can focus entirely on your health and recovery, knowing that every essential detail is accounted for.

Important Note:
If a hiatus hernia is identified, it will need to be repaired during your surgery. This may incur additional charges due to extended operating theatre time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Medical Insurance

Some insurance providers cover bariatric surgery costs. Our team can assist by providing estimates for surgery.

KiwiSaver:

KiwiSaver members may be eligible for a one-time withdrawal to cover surgery costs. 

To satisfy that criterion in a KiwiSaver hardship or serious illness context, the following are typically required (though each scheme and supervisor may have specific requirements):

• A statutory declaration:

  • Medical evidence/documentation — doctors’ reports, invoices, treatment plans.

  • Details of the dependent 

  • Detail of expenses — invoices, cost estimates, receipts, breakdowns of what’s needed and why it’s essential.

  • Declaration that you’ve tried other support options 

  • Proof of financial inability — showing that the cost cannot reasonably be met from income, savings, insurance, or other sources.

• Consider consulting a financial advisor to understand how this withdrawal may affect your retirement savings.
